I turned 21 on this day. I was in New London, Conn. Went to a club called The Bach Dor. Saw a band named “Canyon”. Still have the recording of the sets that night. Was with my friend Ron Arnold from Louisiana. We were shipmates. USS Fulton (AS-11) stationed at the Conn. State Pier. Thanks for the picture. DKS
October 5th is my birthday too, these photos are beautiful. I have so much respect for this man. I live in New Zealand, I am only 18 now so this was long before I was born. What a legend.
Year 79 is the year my elder sis was born and 4yrs later on Oct 5th I was delivered. And now at the age of 34 I cant wait to embark on my first solo yet short getaway.😘
October 5th, the day of my birth, 1979 – the year of my mother’s birth… On this day, it’s amazing to think that my mother didn’t even realise that 20 years later she would have me… Although I have only looked through a minor amount of these photos, I already feel like I know him. As an aspiring photographer, looking through these photos is incredible, the dedication he put into this beautiful collection of polaroids was immense.
